Stronger Self, Stronger Me

This (2.0 CEU )workshop is not your typical self-care workshop. This course is built to educate learners what self-care really and what is not. Self-care has become such a buzz word but do we really know how what it mean it means to love and care for ourselves. This workshop will teach about all the domains that stress affects and where self-care is being neglected. Learners will be given practical solutions to better self-care.

Spotting Development Red Flags

(2.0) CEUS (Teachers and Childcare Personnel) . Every child grows at their own pace, but developmental delays can cause uncertainty for parents, caregivers, and educators. This workshop explores how to recognize the early signs of developmental delays, understand the differences between typical development and red flags, and learn effective ways to respond. Participants will gain strategies for observation, documentation, and communication with families.
